- Identity: Last name, first name
- Contact details: E-mail address, telephone number
- Booking: Desired date, type of route, number of people
- Payment: Payment data is processed directly by our providers (Bancontact, Stripe) — we do not have access to your card numbers.

- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, session duration
- Analytics cookies: Via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised) and Ahrefs Analytics
- Server logs: For security and maintenance purposes (Cloudflare)

- Booking data — 7 years (Belgian tax obligation)
- Active customer data — 3 years after the last interaction
- Server logs — 12 months maximum
- Analytics data — 14 months (Google Analytics, default setting)
- Unsuccessful applications — 6 months

9 Protection of minors
Our kayak rental services are open to children accompanied by an adult. However, our digital services (online booking forms) are reserved for people aged 16 and over — or with explicit parental consent.
If you believe a minor under 16 has sent us data without parental consent, please contact us immediately at mail@kayak-belgique.com.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our practices. The update date appears at the top of this document. Any substantial change will be notified by e-mail to registered users.
