1 Return of Rental Equipment
Since we offer downstream rental services, "return" refers to handing back the equipment at the end of your trip.
- Same-day return: Kayaks, life jackets, paddles, and waterproof barrels must be returned on the same day, at the agreed arrival point, at the end of your descent.
- Equipment condition: Equipment must be returned in the condition it was provided to you. Any loss, theft, or intentional damage may result in compensation charges.
- Postal return fees: Not applicable — no postal return fees apply to our services.
- Missing equipment: In the event of a lost paddle or unreturned life jacket, a fee of €30 to €60 per item may be charged.

3 Weather or Safety Cancellation
Your safety comes first. If we are forced to cancel the activity (critical water level mandated by the Walloon Region, severe thunderstorm, hazardous conditions assessed by our team):

4 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, Bancontact, bank transfer).
- Bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days after approval of the request.
- No cash refunds above €50.
- For any request, please keep your booking confirmation and your reference number.
5 Right of Withdrawal (Belgian Economic Law Code)
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to leisure services provided for a specific date or period (outdoor activities, kayaking, camping).
ℹ️ Our voluntary cancellation policy (section 2) is more advantageous than the standard legal framework: it offers you a full refund up to 48 hours before the activity.
