Beginners are best off with Alle → Vresse (7 km, 1h30 to 2h). It follows the most beautiful meanders and passes under the wattle bridge of Laforêt, with no technical difficulty. It is perfect for a first kayaking experience, whether alone, as a couple or with family. The return shuttle to Alle is included.
Yes! Children from 6 years old can do Alle → Vresse (7 km) in a two-seater kayak with an adult. We supply life jackets in all sizes. For children under 6, contact us directly to discuss the possibilities.
No. The 4 Semois routes need no experience: the current is gentle and there are no technical passages. Before departure, our team gives a full briefing covering paddling technique, safety rules and how to handle passages. The longest route, Alle → Bohan (17 km), mainly calls for a full day and normal fitness.
Included in the price are the kayak (single or double), the paddle, the life jacket, the spray skirt (on request), the return shuttle bus and advice from the team. Prices go from €26.40 per person (single, 7 km route) to €35.20 (17 km route), and from €48.40 to €66 in a two-seater. Longer combined descents can be arranged on request.
